Acting for public and private companies, investors, lenders, governments, and Crown corporations, my experience spans mining, energy, oil and gas, financial services, payments, fintech, and technology. I work with corporate clients at all stages from junior startups to senior majors.
I chaired the boards of an academic institution, a hospital foundation and a fintech. I co-founded a technology and IP company, and have drafted laws, regulations, and guidelines in the natural resources sector. I bring a full stack perspective; legal, commercial, and strategic. With plain-language pragmatic advice, I simplify technical and legal complexity and help clients manage risk, unlock opportunity, and build resilient, sustainable businesses.
